Both the 2012/13 - 2014/15 Service Plan and 2013/14 - 2015/16 Service Plan are being released at the same time. Through these service plans you can learn about our goals and objectives and how the office will work to provide local governments with helpful recommendations through performance audits.
Five respected professionals serve on the Audit Council, which is charged with recommending the AGLG, monitoring the office’s performance and commenting on the AGLG’s reports.
The AGLG was created to assist local governments by conducting performance audits of local government operations and by publicizing best practices. Our goal is to work with local governments to improve services to citizens.
Our annual service plan, audit work plan, audit reports and other reports are available on this web site. We also invite citizens to suggest possible performance audit topics.
