Today the office of the Auditor General for Local Government released a performance audit report on the audit topic: "Managing the Inherent Risks of Limited Human Resources within Small Local Governments" for the District of Squamish.
We have released our Audit Report on the District of Squamish, under the Audit Topic “Managing the Inherent Risks of Limited Human Resources within Small Local Governments”.
Seven respected professionals serve on the Audit Council, which is charged with recommending the AGLG, monitoring the office’s performance and commenting on the AGLG’s reports.
The AGLG was created to assist local governments by conducting performance audits of local government operations and by publicizing best practices. Our goal is to work with local governments to improve services to citizens.
